Avant Garde delivers products to majority of locations within India and is serviced by our Logistics partners such as Vamaship (using FedEx service) and Flyjac (Hitachi Group).
All orders are processed as per dispatch times given for respective products and transportation will be done through reputed and reliable companies such as FedEx .
We will send you the shipment number /docket number through e-mail after the products are shipped.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)
All International orders (outside India) would be processed as per dispatch period given for each product and shipping is done through reputed International freight or courier company viz. FedEx and others.
We will send you the Shipper’s reference number (air way bill / docket number) along with the freight/courier company details through e-mail.
For overseas customers the INCO Term of this sale is ‘DAP’ which means Delivered at Place. For example, ‘DAP New York’ means Delivered at Place New York. In other words, as per DAP terms of delivery, all delivery expenses up to the doorstep of buyers place in New York is borne by the seller except duty or tax of importing country.
The Import Duty/Requisite taxes in the country of Import shall be borne by the buyer. Kindly note that any customs or duties or import taxes applicable for the ordered items, will be billed separately to the customer by the courier company on or before the delivery.
The duties and taxes, if any, applicable at your home country, are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us.
Avant Garde innovations is not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the freight/courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
REMOTE AREA SURCHARGE (RAS) FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
According to the policies of the International freight carriers, an additional surcharge may be levied if the shipping address is defined by the carrier as a remote area.
This Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) would not be charged at the time of placing the order. Instead, it would be informed to you before shipping the goods.You have to pay the surcharge through the website in such case.
If the surcharge is not paid within 3 days after our information, we may have to cancel your order.
